In April 2008, IPA will offer a quarterly newsletter forecasting capital project price trends five years into the future for eight regions of the world. The newsletter will be available to existing IPA clients on an annual subscription basis. The goal is to inform clients of market price trends so that:

1) savings may be achieved through the timing of project authorizations/expenditures;

2) estimates of future escalation will be more accurate.
