We assess three elements of organizational effectiveness: people, work process, and organizational structure, compare your project organization with Industry and Best Practice, and provide recommendations for improving your organizational effectiveness. The evaluation can be applied to different types of project organizations, for example, central engineering, individual business units or regions, or individual sites.
