Independent Project Analysis (IPA) is pleased to announce that a German language version of IPA’s
FEL Toolbox software is now available.
FEL Toolbox is an application licensed by IPA that allows project teams to self-evaluate the level of definition for projects less than US$10 million. The software calculates a project’s Front-End Loading (FEL) Index and makes recommendations to reduce risk and increase the likelihood of project success.

felsoftware@ipaglobal.com for assistance in transferring your account to the German version.
In addition to German, the FEL Toolbox software is also available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
FEL Toolbox is licensed to companies that benchmark their small projects with IPA.
