PA plans to celebrate the opening of its Singapore office by providing a seminar on “Achieving Excellence in Capital Projects.” The seminar will feature a keynote presentation by IPA’s President, Ed Merrow, on risks faced by capital projects in today’s environment. The seminar will also include presentations on drivers of capital effectiveness, plant-based project systems, and the IPA Institute.
