Dean Findley and Michael Conley, DuPont, will present “Organzational Effectiveness: Maximizing Best Practices” at the CURT Annual Meeting. The purpose of the presentation is twofold. First, IPA will present its recent research quantifying the actual relationship between organizational elements and capital project performance. Second, DuPont will present its specific experience with improving its project organization. Together, the presentation provides a metrics framework, along with a specific company example for improving owner organizational effectiveness.
