Mike McFadden, IPA’s North America Regional Director, will be presenting “Executing Successful Megaprojects,” an excerpt from IPA’s Successful Megaprojects Course at the EPC Mega-Projects Conference in Edmonton later this month.

The presentation will provide an overview of the 2-day IPA Institute course that covers the key areas that drive the success or failure of megaprojects, and then focuses on one of these areas (i.e., the “shaping phase”). The conference will be held on September 14 and 15 at the Shaw Conference Center in Edmonton.
