IPA will be participating in two panel discussions at the upcoming Engineering and Construction Contracting Association (ECC) Annual Conference on September 14 and 15, 2006. The theme of this year’s ECC conference is “Thriving: Today and Tomorrow.” The conference content will address what can be done now to meet the challenges of today’s active project environment and how we might effectively build up our project capabilities for the future.

Edward W. Merrow, President of IPA, and Jennifer Martin, Research Analyst, will participate in the panel discussion entitled “Katrina to the Major's Megaprojects: Serious changes in the marketplace.”
