Keith Mayo, a Senior Project Analyst at Independent Project Analysis (IPA), will discuss contracting strategies during the Construction Owners Association of Alberta (COAA) Best Practices Conference to be held May 15 to 16 at the Shaw Conference Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Participating in the “Contract Strategy” workshop portion of the conference on Wednesday, May 16, Mayo will specifically focus on the importance of selecting the right contracting strategy as a part of the overall execution planning process prior to project sanction.
