Kelly Ann Sonnhalter, Project Analyst, will speak at the CPWR (The Center for Construction Research and Training) Conference on the issue of Productivity in the Construction Industry on November 13, 2008. Ms. Sonnhalter will participate in a panel entitled Measurement of Productivity with three other panelists from NIST, BLS and Bechtel. The conference will be held at the Maritime Institute near Baltimore, Maryland, USA.
