Edward W. Merrow, President of Independent Project Analysis, Inc., will be speaking at the McCombs School of Business in Austin, Texas at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, January 13, 2006. 

He has been chosen to instruct a brief course entitled "Special Considerations in Multi-Billion Dollar Projects" for the Construction Industry Institute's Executive Leadership Course.
