Edward W. Merrow, President of IPA, will be a Keynote Speaker on Megaprojects investments and opportunities at The Project Management Institute - Arabian Gulf Chapters (PMI-AGCs) 11th International Conference, which will be held February 13 through 15, 2007. The conference theme is Gulf Mega Investments and Opportunities and will focus on the present and future mega investments in oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, and infrastructure within each country in the Gulf region. Forecasts of the current and future workload and opportunities in the Gulf will be presented. In addition, the conference's technical papers will focus on front-end planning, human resources, procurement, engineering, and construction. PMI-AGC anticipates approximately 1,500 delegates from GCC oil companies and corporations, as well as prominent individuals from the Gulf and the Middle East.
