As Director, Natalia oversees IPA’s global work in the chemicals, pulp & paper, pharma, biotech, and food and consumer products sectors, managing client relationships and supporting client improvement initiatives.
Natalia previously served as a Business Area Manager and Senior Implementation Analyst at IPA. She helped clients improve the capital effectiveness of their projects and project systems, implement Best Practices, and manage project risks. She evaluated and benchmarked capital projects in the chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceutical, food, pulp & paper, and consumer products industries. Natalia taught public and company specific courses on best approaches to project management for small and large projects and gatekeeping. Natalia has also served as a program manager and Junior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
Natalia holds an MA in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and a BA in Economics from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts. Natalia is a member of the American Chemical Society (ACS) and International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE). Natalia is fluent in Russian and English.
