Paul Barshop

Paul Barshop is Chief Operating Officer of IPA. In this role, Paul is responsible for IPA's day-to-day operations, including implementation of IPA's business plans. From 2000 to 2004, he served as Director of IPA's Netherlands office. In his early years at IPA, Paul worked as a Quality Manager and Project Analyst with a focus on evaluating downstream process projects, particularly in the petroleum and chemical areas.

Prior to joining IPA in June 1994, Paul worked for a major oil company.

Paul holds an MS in Business Administration from Boston University and received a BS in Chemical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
