Dean Findley

Dean Findley currently serves as Director of the Product Development Group (PDG) at IPA. In this role, he directs the day-to-day activities and develops long-term plans for the PDG.

Previously, he served as Regional Director, with responsibility for the company’s North American operations. Prior to this assignment, he was an Area Manager responsible for the development and coordination of IPA’s pharmaceutical, consumer product, and specialty chemical clients. Dean has evaluated hundreds of projects and contributed to IPA’s research in statistically relating project system performance with project practices.

Prior to joining IPA in 1990, Dean was a Vice President at Delta Research Corporation where he worked for 10 years.

Dean holds an MA in Economics from George Mason University and earned a BA in Economics from James Madison University.
