Loretta Merrow

Loretta Merrow is IPA’s Corporate Secretary with responsibility for contracts administration, invoicing, and managing project accounts. She also oversees the editorial and human resources groups at IPA.

Loretta has been with IPA since 1988. Prior to joining the company, she worked at the Rand Corporation from 1979 to 1986.

Loretta holds a BA in Spanish from George Mason University.
