Elizabeth Sanborn

Elizabeth Sanborn is one of two Quality Managers at IPA. In this role, she is responsible for monitoring client feedback and providing regular quality metrics to IPA managers and staff; monitoring the internal work processes; identifying deviations and needs for change and improvement; and supporting the development of new products. She also serves on IPA's Review Board.

Prior to becoming Quality Manager in 1996, Elizabeth was Manager of the Chemicals Business Area from 1995 to 1996. She joined IPA in 1993 as an Implementation Analyst. During her time at IPA, Elizabeth has led original benchmarkings for Dow, Amoco, Rohm and Haas, and Arco Chemical. She originated IPA's database and analysis of service stations, and has led several other research studies including indirect costs and cost/schedule trade-offs.

Elizabeth holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MPPM from Yale University.
