Pam Wertz

Pam Wertz is one of two Quality Managers at IPA and has been in this position since December 2001. In this role, she is responsible for the global training and development of IPA employees, and she also establishes and maintains internal work processes and facilitates product improvement efforts.

Pam joined IPA in July 1995 as a Project Analyst and has evaluated hundreds of projects spanning exploration and production facilities, downstream process projects, transportation projects, and product retail facilities. Pam served as Pipelines, Terminals, and Retail Area Manager for 4 years with responsibility for the worldwide business and technical development for that sector. Pam also spent time as a co-manager for the Exploration and Production Area and remains a member of IPA’s Review Board.

Pam holds an MS in Statistics from Rutgers University and a BS in Mathematics from Juniata College. She is also a member of the American Society for Training and Development.
