IPA’s Singapore office, which opened in February 2006, focuses on serving clients in the Southeast Asia region in the areas of site benchmarkings refining and petrochemicals, and petrochemicals, and pharmaceuticals. The office will also help coordinate and market work for upstream and other areas.
