CLOSEOUT EVALUATION DELIVERABLES One of the important features of a closeout evaluation is a set of lessons learned. By measuring project drivers and outcomes, we can identify the factors that affected overall project performance. Based on our analysis of these factors, we develop a set of lessons learned to assist the project team in executing successful projects in the future.
