IPA now offers an evaluation of the effectiveness of your project organization. Our Organizational Effectiveness Evaluation assesses how effectively your project organization is developing and implementing its capital projects. We assess three elements of organizational effectiveness: people, work process, and organizational structure, compare your project organization with Industry and Best Practice, and provide recommendations for improving your organizational effectiveness. The evaluation can be applied to different types of project organizations, for example, central engineering, individual business units or regions, or individual sites.

Are we in a position to consistently deliver "win-win" projects for our mutual future benefit? Is a new model in order, or is our current model of "strongest survive," "winner-take-all" working just fine? What is a preferred contracting strategy that might ensure our mutual futures?
