Ken Ingersoll

Ken Ingersoll joined IPA’s Board of Directors in May 2023. Ken served as IPA’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from January 2001 until his retirement in May 2020.

In his almost 20 years as IPA’s CFO, Ken oversaw the treasury, accounting, budget, tax, and audit activities of the company, as well as the financial and account system controls and standards. In addition, he created financial and statistical reports for management and board use and prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and accounts.

Ken has over 25 years of experience in accounting with both public and private companies. He began his career at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell (KPMG). Prior to joining IPA, Ken was CFO at Hunter Associates Laboratory, Inc.

Ken holds a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.
