  • Participate in the bid clarification process, including identifying key issues, penalty clauses, or legal issues and non-legal matters within client contract negotiation
  • Administrative support of bid preparation process, including liaising with internal stakeholders to collate inputs from Finance, HR, Tax, Legal, and Operations
  • Maintenance of commercial contracts and bid documentation, including review of and electronic archiving of historic records and agreements
  • Written translation of Russian language documents to English and vice versa with accuracy required for legal enforcement of contractual terms
  • Verbal Russian translation, mostly by Video Conference, to support business development meetings and operational analysis interviews with clients
  • Ensure dual language contracts and agreements are correctly translated, including support to Finance with invoicing requirements
  • Provide administrative support to Quality Manager and other ad-hoc administrative tasks


  • Excellent written and spoken English and Russian language skills
  • High general standard of education, including comprehension and mathematics
  • Experience of commercial contracts administration and document control
  • Experience of Microsoft Office, including Excel, with accurate quick typing skills
  • Experience of co-ordinating internal stakeholders and client-facing interaction
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to effectively manage conflicting time-sensitive priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to successfully liaise with people from other cultures
  • Able to demonstrate intellectual curiosity and industry interest


  • Paralegal experience in commercial setting or undergraduate law degree
  • Other languages in addition would be advantageous
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship requirements

  • Permanent and Full-time (40 hour week Mon – Fri 08:30 - 17:30)
