Independent Project Analysis (IPA) Limited currently has immediate requirements for an Executive Assistant its team on a permanent basis in its Reading office.

Salary is competitive and dependent upon relevant Experience. Benefits include 23 days in addition to Public Holidays, Contributory Pension, Private Medical, Income Protection and Life Assurance.

  • Sole responsibility for calendar management of two Regional Directors
  • Organise travel, including country entry visas, in a timely manner
  • Organise business and social events both in the UK and overseas
  • Co-ordinate expense reports and reconciliation of corporate card
  • Co-ordinate teleconferences and liaise with administrators in other regions
  • Provide administrative support for generation of reports and presentations
  • Provide administrative support to internal document control of client documents
  • Back-up support to key administrative functions, including: Scheduling, Proposal, Reception and Office Facilities


  • Strong experience with diary management for senior manager(s)
  • Strong experience co-ordinating travel visa applications
  • Strong experience managing travel itineraries and expenses
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Previous experience in co-ordinating video conferencing and document control
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and be flexible to change
  • Availability to travel internationally if required
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship requirements


  • Qualification in Business Administration or related subject
  • Experience managing fundraising events
  • Certified as First Aider and or Fire Warden
  • Driver’s licence and own car
  • Other languages would be advantageous
