Leadership is critical for complex projects and situations, a fact that has been magnified by the COVID-19 pandemic. The way we work has changed for the forseeable future, adding layers of complexity to the existing project delivery model. As a result, strong leaders will be in high demand when capital project activity resumes.
Based on groundbreaking Independent Project Analysis (IPA) research, this new online course unlocks the leadership skills statistically linked to success. Participants will learn where they stand in comparison to strong project leaders in key areas such as communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, and more. The current slowdown in project activity presents an opportune time for organizations and individuals alike. Those who learn to lead through complexity now stand to gain the most when the project work starts again.
