Kelli Ratliff

Kelli Ratliff is a Product Delivery Manager at IPA’s headquarters in Ashburn, Virginia. In this role, Kelli works with IPA’s Product Portfolio Officer and the Product Development Leaders in getting products ready for commercial success. Kelli has over twenty years of experience in developing project management training, designing professional presentations, and conducting quantitative capital project research. She is a visual problem solver, with a keen ability to translate and simplify complex information.

Before assuming her current role, Kelli served as Deputy Director for the IPA Institute, IPA’s training and education division. In this role, she led efforts to improve the effectiveness of IPA’s training program, which equips industry leaders and capital project practitioners with Best Practices for projects, portfolios, and project management/delivery.

Kelli has also served as a Quality Manager at IPA, monitoring internal work processes, identifying opportunities for change and improvement, and supporting the development of new products.

Joining IPA in 2002 as a Research Analyst in the Project Research Division (PRD), Kelli conducted several major research studies on capital projects. Her specific areas of study included onshore and offshore megaprojects, executing projects in frontier regions, joint ventures, and contracting. Kelli’s research has been presented at major industry conferences and twice received IPA’s research excellence award for megaproject research.

Before joining IPA, Kelli worked for a global management consulting firm in the Communications and Information Technology industry. Kelli received her BS in Integrated Science and Technology, with a triple concentration in Biotechnology, Information Knowledge Management, and Engineering and Manufacturing, from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
