Our Individual Project Services provide companies and project teams with the information they need to plan and execute successful projects. As shown below, we offer services and products for projects at any stage of development. Our Capital Project System Services are designed to evaluate project systems and processes to ensure your project system and processes are enabling teams to execute successful projects with competitive results. Further, we offer services for plant-based systems that allow businesses to see how effective a particular site is at defining and delivering capital projects.
IPA also has several products available for Turnarounds. While we have been able to assess onshore turnarounds for some time, we have recently added the capability to evaluate offshore turnarounds as well.
In addition, IPA has performed research and studies on every facet of the project development process, including special studies and multi-client studies. Through this research we have identified Best Practices that can be applied to ensure that projects are successful and have competitive outcomes. Companies can use this research to improve their own projects and project systems.
Finally, the IPA Institute is IPA’s training organization that provides education programs in the capital process that are based on IPA’s extensive body of research. The Institute programs cover all aspects of project development, from developing early cost and schedule estimates to executing successful megaprojects.
