The IPA Institute is partnering with AusIMM to hold a special Minerals Capital Projects: Drivers of Excellence Workshop at the Critical Minerals Conference 2024 in Brisbane, Australia on 29 August 2024!

Minerals Capital Projects: Drivers of Excellence provides participants with Best Practices and learnings that have been shown to improve effectiveness for capital projects in the minerals industry. This program integrates findings from IPA’s extensive quantitative research that links project management practices to project outcomes. Integrating the training material into your company’s project management work process results in incorporating industry Best Practices into the project system. We will also provide an overview on the current state of capital projects including engineering and supply chain issues in the current project market.
