Members Gather for CEC 2023 Meeting
The Cost Engineering Committee (CEC) 2023 annual meeting took place September 19-20, 2023 in McLean, VA, with 37 member companies in attendance. In addition to reviewing the latest cost engineering tools, models, and metrics, the group also received new IPA research on market trends, project control organizations, estimate quality, schedule quality, and early estimating and scheduling.
