Aliya has been with IPA since 2011 and is based in IPA’s Reading office in the United Kingdom, where she holds the roles of Quality Manager and Senior Project Analyst.
As Quality Manager, Aliya is responsible for monitoring/reporting client feedback, monitoring IPA’s internal work processes and identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the development of new products.
In her previous role as a Senior Project Analyst, Aliya managed IPA’s relationship with several clients based in the EMEA region. She evaluated many large and mega upstream projects (both onshore and offshore), as well as downstream projects. Before joining IPA, Aliya worked at a major oil and gas company in Kazakhstan where she gained the experience of working both in capital projects and operations.
Aliya is fluent in Russian and English. She earned an MSc with Distinction in International Business and Finance from the University of Dundee in Scotland, and holds a BA from the Western Kazakhstan Institute of Management & Languages.
