Paul Mulgrew

Paul Mulgrew, an executive at The Bureau of National Affairs—Bloomberg Industry Group, joined IPA’s Board of Directors in May 2023. Paul’s area of experience is software development and his focus on the Board is applications development.

Paul has held many positions at the Bloomberg Industry Group since he joined in 1996, including Business Analysis Manager, Tools Group Manager, and Senior Product Manager. In his over 25 years with Bloomberg, he has led and facilitated agile teams in building applications to save the company time and money, including enabling an agile team to build an application for the company’s Fixed Assets department that reduced export processing time for customers from 8 hours to under a half an hour.

Paul has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has completed Agile Product Owner Training and is a Certified Scrum Master.
