As Director of IPA’s Project Research Division, Luke Wallace is responsible for IPA’s research organization, which leads and supports IPA’s research and develops the analytical tools IPA employs in evaluating capital projects. Before moving into the PRD Director role, Luke served as a Director of IPA’s Capital Solutions division.
Luke joined IPA in 2005 as a Research Analyst. Luke has also served as a Senior Consultant, studying the project control practices that lead to capital project success and failure. He concurrently served as Statistical Reviewer, overseeing the selection, implementation, and performance evaluation of machine learning algorithms used to predict project outcomes.
Other leadership roles Luke has filled include Deputy Director of Research and Manager of Cost Engineering, managing product development for IPA Cost Engineering’s products, research, and tailored solutions.
Outside of IPA, Luke has also held the role of Manager of Litigation Analytics for a specialized consulting and data analytics firm.
Luke has a B.S. in International Business and a B.A. in French from the University of Rhode Island.
