IPA Institute’s mission is to improve capital effectiveness by offering education and research programs intended to transfer learning gained from quantitative analysis of thousands of projects. The goal of the Institute’s education programs is to produce a better-informed cadre of project professionals by providing participants with knowledge of why certain practices, identified through IPA quantitative research, lead to improved business results. The Institute’s research program intends to uncover new practices to allow for a step change in capital performance.
